What this year is like
Juniores lasts two seasons. Most swimmers now talk to the coach themselves, and parents mostly help with lifts, food and sleep.

This list has national meets only. Your coach will tell you about regional and club meets.
From October to December there are also club team competitions. The coach picks who swims.
